Hulls created from damaged cars because of SMS driving

Today, more than ever, the smartphone isubiquitous in our lives. It is consulted frantically hundreds of times a day and this habit even pursues us in risk situations ... especially when one is driving a car. A few seconds of inattention to answer a SMS enough to provoke a drama: we will never repeat it enough.

Awareness against the phone while driving is growing and some are redoubling creativity to stop you from this dangerous gesture. The last one that has marked us comes from Sweden and was imagined by Volkswagen and the agency North DDB. The idea? Create smartphone shells ... from car body parts that have been crashed because of SMS driving.

In total,153 smartphone cases were designed in partnership with the metallurgist artist Lennart Wintermyr. All the hulls were sold and the profits went to the associationTrafikskadefonden which helps the rehabilitation of the victims of road accidents and / or their families.

The idea is smart, creative and even if it's been implemented on a small scale, it needs to have a strong psychological impact. Know that the shell of your phone that you want to use while driving is from a road accident must undoubtedly deter!
